In September 2025 BSS organised medical camps at Chaturbhuj Piprahi (Laukaha) and Deeh Tol Musahari, Parjuar (Benipatti), with follow-up support for serious illness, and an animal health camp at Parjuar.

Over the years BSS has formed and trained 80 Village Health & Sanitation Committees, run awareness on vector-borne diseases, linked families with NHM services, immunisation, institutional delivery and ANC, and trained 3,900 anganwadi workers in child screening, child care and disaster preparedness. During COVID-19 we improved WASH in 74 quarantine centres and motivated more than 3,00,000 people to get vaccinated.
